The Contentment Camp is a weekend retreat presented by the Contentment Coach!

 

Our mission is to provide sanctuary and intentional care to professionals who are devalued, burned-out, stressed, overwhelmed and off-balance through reflection, restorative practices, mindfulness and life coaching.

Be prepared to: 

  • Be surrounded by natural beauty

  • Cultivate inner peace to settle the mind 

  • Spend time some time practicing self care techniques: silence, mindful meditation, journaling and reciting positive affirmations 

  • Be overwhelmed by gratitude and eat nourishing healthy food​

  • Being gently nudged out of your comfort zone

  • Time to take care of yourself and rest while also having the option to participate in nature walks, hikes, yoga

  • Restorative circles to help validate your individual experience, and icebreakers and reflective activities that will entertain and challenge you​

 

You will leave the retreat with a basic plan for yourself that will keep you healthy, focused, refreshed and mindful. We will learn about  resources on work-related stress

and you will go home with all the tools to jump back into your life feeling rejuvenated.

Friday

5:00pm-5:30  Icebreaker

5:30-6pm Group Activity: Introduction to Mindfulness 

6pm-6:45 Dinner

6:45-8:15pm    Self Care (On Your Own)

8:30-9:30 pm   

Restorative Justice Community Building Circle: Stress

9:30-10:30pm  Optional Fire Circle
 

Saturday

8:30-9:15  am Breakfast

9:30-10:00 a.m Icebreaker/ Reflective Activity

10:00- 11:00 a.m. Restorative Justice Circle: Your Story

11:15 12:00 Morning Session : Life Coaching Activity

12:00-12:45 - Silent Lunch

1:00 Mindfulness Activity

4:30- 6pm  Creative Activity (Paint & Sip/ drum circle/ yoga
